Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 April 2026

1. Service description

AICitta provides an automated career analysis service that scores occupations based on AI exposure risk and structural complementarity data derived from the O*NET occupational database and related academic literature. The service generates a Career Health Score (0–100) and an optional paid PDF report (“AI Transition Blueprint”).

2. Not professional advice

AICitta scores are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing produced by AICitta constitutes career advice, employment advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make significant career or financial decisions based solely on your AICitta score without obtaining independent professional guidance.

Scores are statistical in nature and reflect aggregate occupational data; individual circumstances vary widely. AICitta accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on its outputs.

3. Payment terms

The full report (“AI Transition Blueprint”) is priced at £19.00 (GBP) inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe and is charged once at the point of purchase. There is no subscription, recurring billing, or auto-renewal.

Refund policy: Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once the report has been generated and delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you have not received your report within 30 minutes of payment, contact support@aicitta.com and we will resend it or issue a full refund.

4. Intellectual property

Your Career Health Score and personalised report are generated for your individual use. You may share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, republish, or incorporate AICitta outputs into commercial products or services without written consent.

The AICitta platform, methodology, scoring model, and all associated software remain the intellectual property of AICitta. The O*NET database is sourced from the US Department of Labor and is used under its open-data licence.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AICitta’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific session (maximum £19.00). AICitta is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including lost income or career opportunities.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the scoring service in bulk
  • Use the service to make decisions about others without their knowledge
  • Submit false or misleading occupation data to manipulate results

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of AICitta shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the revised date constitutes acceptance.
